We Built an AI That Fires Its Own Analysts When They're Wrong

2026-10-28 · Eagles Den

Last month, our system did something most trading desks never have the discipline to do. It looked at one of its own AI analysts, saw it was wrong far more often than right, and cut its vote down to size, automatically.

No ego. No "let's give it another chance." The machine keeps a scorecard on every brain feeding it, and when the numbers come in, the under-performers lose influence. That is the opposite of how a human guru works. A human doubles down on the call that is losing him money, because admitting he is wrong hurts.

How the engine polices itself

Three independent AI models, from three different labs, look at every market on their own. Right now their votes are weighted by how accurate each has actually been:

  • Grok: weight 0.379
  • Claude: weight 0.315
  • OpenAI: weight 0.306

Those weights are not set by us in a boardroom. They are earned. After 51 resolved trades, which the engine's own log calls "enough data to learn," the system flagged the inputs that had been scoring poorly and lowered their weight automatically. A sentiment input running at 0% accuracy did not get a pep talk. It got demoted.

Why this matters for your money

Most signals you have paid for in Nigeria never change. The same tired strategy, win or lose, month after month, because the person selling it has no mechanism to improve and no incentive to admit a weakness. Eagles Den is built to get less wrong over time, on its own, in the open.

You can watch the learning loop and the live weights yourself, and the entire signal record is anchored into Bitcoin, so the history cannot be edited after the fact.

Eagles Den provides decision-support signals, not financial advice or a personal recommendation. Every number quoted above is drawn from our live, publicly verifiable record, including the trades that lost. Trading FX and crypto carries real risk of losing your capital, and past performance never guarantees a future result. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
